常晓丽，女，山西平遥人，1983年1月生，博士，副教授，“湖南省青年骨干教师”，硕士研究生导师。2011年博士毕业于中国科学院寒区旱区环境与工程研究所。主要研究方向：冻土退化、寒区环境、气候变化。以第一作者发表论文10余篇，出版专著1部，先后主持国家自然科学基金、国家重点实验室基金等。
