刘洋，男，辽宁辽阳人，1984年11月出生，湖南科技大学资源环境与安全工程学院教师，博士，讲师。
主要从事环境地质、环境岩土等方面的研究。发表论文20多篇，其中以第一作者被EI、SCI收录5篇。近两年来，先后主持湖南省自然科学基金、教育部科学研究等项目。
